Genesys Cloud has been partnering with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or making the latter as the preferred cloud provider as parts of efforts to better customer relationships.
Genesys Cloud will make use of AWS’s expertise to provide the former’s services on voice, text, web chat and social for all of its users. On a daily basis, Genesys Cloyd provides an all-in-one solution and leading public cloud. As the preferred cloud provider, AWS will further help the client for computing, calculating database, analysing, conducting machine learning, storing and securing organizations. When all are properly done, the preferred cloud provider will help creating better personal experiences even when the demands at their highest.
Olivier Jouve, Genesys Executive Vice President and General Manager, said that the cooperation would lead the firm agile in dealing with remote working and managing fluctuating demands immediately.
As the preferred cloud provider, he said that AWS would contribute to his company’s growing capabilities and scales. As a result, its customers will enjoy deeper and top-quality services with Genesys.

Mike Clayville, Vice President of the Worldwide Commercial Sales of AWS, said that he was hoping the provider would address peaks in customer demand at any time thanks to the firm’s diverse portfolio of services and scale capacity.
